1. Overview

PomoPal ("the app") is a focus timer and companion app. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Data We Collect

Stored locally on your device only:

• Focus session history and statistics
• Companion choice, name, and evolution stage
• Coins earned, shop items owned, and active themes
• App settings (sound, dark mode, daily goal, break duration)

Stored on our servers (only if you enable daily reminders):

• A random device identifier (no personal info)
• Your reminder time and timezone
• Your push notification subscription token

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

• Your name, email, or any personal identity
• Location data
• Camera or microphone access
• Contacts or files
• Browsing history or activity outside the app

4. Push Notifications

If you enable daily reminders, we store a push subscription token on our servers (via Supabase) solely to send you your scheduled reminder. You can disable reminders at any time in Settings, which deletes your subscription from our servers.

5. Payments

Premium purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment processing.

6. Third-Party Services

• Stripe — payment processing
• Supabase — push subscription storage (reminders only)
• Vercel — app hosting

7. Children's Privacy

PomoPal is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Data Deletion

All local data can be deleted by using the "Reset all progress" option in Settings. Push subscription data is deleted when you disable reminders. You may also contact us to request deletion of any server-side data.
